Tyrone from Southeast Florida Pest Control came out to my home to follow up on his service and to discuss a chinch bug issue I was having. He took the time to look at my lawn and showed me the insects scurrying around. He discussed a plan to rid my lawn of these pests so I appreciated him taking the time to meet with me to discuss next steps. I was very impressed with his service.

Normal monthly service inside and outside Paulo did a great job as usual. Highly reliable and always on time. We had seen a few bugs. He advised if we should see bugs again we should call office promptly for a return call-back rather than wait for his next monthly run Great advise

Elena is a total delight. Warm, friendly and quite knowledgeable. She absolutely goes out of her way to do her job and then goes above and beyond, You know that she care about the service she's performing by her wonderful thoughtful attitude. When speaking with her she makes sure you are not only satisfied, but also tells you of the extra things she did to prevent future negative occurrences. In the 20 year we've used SFPC Elena Rodriguez is by far the the best Pest Control person we ever encountered.
