South County Mental Health Center Director of Mobile Response She is an unprofessional director she abuses her teams by being overly critical of their performance, and criticizing staff in public.She refuses to accept responsibility for her actions, ideas, or decisions and instead places the blame on her staff. She has poor communication skills and, a lack of empathy and she failed to provide adequate support to her teams.
Horrible lady on the phone extremely rude and inconsiderate. They would not tell me what was going on they would not let me talk to my relative . They lie about the hold and will keep you as long as the psychiatrist says . Not a 24 hr hold . They won’t answer phones they definitely will not call you back . Please be aware this place has a horrible rating because they are ran horribly . Corporate needs to do something. People seeking help and they treat them like prisoners and won’t tell families what’s going on . Do not send your loved ones here
I would give zero were it an option. Staff are mean and uncaring, cold showers, paper thin blankets in arctic temperatures!!! I had to try and sleep with goosebumps for 5 miserable days. Staff caused a panic attack of mine instead of helping me stop such things or helping once she saw I was having one. Horrible place of nightmares I hope no one I love ever has to go there.
