Lou was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. My husband and I flew into Florida from South Dakota and Lou was very accommodating in scheduling our inspection. He was very thorough and professional and took a whole day. Lou was so thoughtful that he reached out and made sure we arrived home safely ( drove from Florida to South Dakota). I had an truly outstanding experience with RV Doctor! I called and spoke with Louie, and from the very first moment, his professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine responsiveness truly impressed me. He was able to get my RV inspection done immediately, with a turnaround time that was remarkably quick, easing so much of my worries.
During the inspection, Louie’s keen eye caught that the roof seal on my RV was cracking and he expressed genuine concern about potential water damage, especially with all the heavy rain we frequently get here in Florida. Highly recommend RV Doctor Services!! Louie inspected the used 2021 Entegra Odyssey we were looking at buying and didn't have a single issue until last year when we called him up and he came to us to fix a valve that blew. He is honest, efficient and does great work!!! We will only use him for all of our RV needs.
