After struggling for an extended amount of time I finally found someone who was able to pin point my exact issues. Dr. Solomon is a very professional man who not only listened to my concerns but was able to address them in ways no one else could. It’s been about 8 weeks since I sought out treatment from Dr. Solomon for a back/hip injury. I wasn’t quite sure how it happened but I was in alot of pain and it was stopping me from daily activities, my workouts and creating difficulties training my clients. Dr. Solomon is very thorough in assessing the painful areas and degree of pain, then begins each session using several muscle recovery modalities to help alleviate pain and prepare the area for more comfortable treatment. Dr SolomonI sought out care at 4+ months after a radial colles’ fracture in my left wrist. From the beginning, the pain I experienced was in the ulnar side of my wrist, likely soft tissue injury, and not where the fracture occurred. Despite cast replacements to take pressure off the ulnar joint, and after final cast removal at 6 weeks, and OT for weeks, the ulnar side remained consistently red/inflamed and my ROM was limited. Rotating my wrist palm up and palm down remained painful and limited. I knew that I needed to somehow build forearm muscles and gain strength while somehow working through the pain safely.
