I wanted to share this review because often companies do not care when a home is being transitioned to a new buyer. My sellers had already moved to another state and we had some issues with the pool (none that were from Pinch A Penny) before closing. This company took the time to assist us and work through the issue showing THEY REALLY CARE AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff here is not very knowledgeable or organized. I brought my cleaner in several times over a course of months and they couldn't identify the problem. Add to that their pool chemicals are more expensive to do my own then my neighbor pays a pool service to come do it for him and it's just very disappointing.
Oh wow, this place is great in terms of customer service. I went with my 2 year old who literally wanted everything from the store. But we ended up getting a floaty for him and couple of water toys. The employee was so patient and assisted us with all the things. She was able to see what size he would need the floaty and decided to put air in for us so we can try it before leaving. Awesome experience and we will definitely be back for all our pool needs. This was my first time ever at pinch a Penny and I highly recommend this location for great customer service. Anything pool related, this is your store!!!
