I had a lovely time walking around. They have a large selection of dog costumes. They have a hotel in the back that has been open since the 90s. They will also be adding veterinary services. The staff was very knowledgeable and overall a great way to spend time away from the heat with your pup. Also, they price match anything including their online prices.

They took good care of my kitty who is a bit of a weirdo ?. I don’t think they really understood when I explained his quirks… but okay very professional regardless!!I wasn’t thrilled with a few minor things (mostly because my kitty And I Both get serious separation anxiety) but I knew he was safe. That’s what was important to me and they definitely get 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They are very thorough and from what I saw great with pets!! I enjoyed watching them play with the dogs while I was waiting for my brat. Nice Folks!!

Very clean, always greeted,help around corner, lots of product, never out of anything. But they cud have better sales, not just on holiday or outdated product. Sales on sprays, shampoos never happen. That's why they get a 4
