I have been a patient at Palm Beach Eye Associates for over 20 years. I have no complaints. The doctors and the staff are amazing and they have always been professional. Kudos to my doctor Jay Wallshein.
My grandmother and my mother both had their eyes surgery there and they both had great experiences. I don’t remember my grandmother’s doctors name but my mothers doctor is Dr.Fair and he is kind and so knowledgeable.

Pros: The doctors who performed the exam were thorough and knowledgeable. The last Dr. Wallsheim was thoroughly knowledgeable and made me feel like he knows how to care well for me and my needs.
Cons: 3 hour wait. Everyone who came in after us was being seen. We had to ask 3-4 times if they forgot us. I hope the follow-up appointment goes better.
Also although Dr. Wallsheim is very intelligent he went off on a one sided discussion that had no relevance to myself my care or my medical issues. The office staff must have been aware because they tried to pull him out but I think they gave up and just...read full review
