Extremely professional. Initial inspection was more thorough than the other two companies that I had, give inspections and provide proposals. Inspector took the time to explain to me, the different chemicals that they use, why they use some and not others, and was reachable whenever I had questions. Never sounded annoyed. Ken was the best. On day of the treatment I was called 30 minutes ahead of time and Conway (the tech) explained to me what he was doing, where he was doing and walked me through. He was neat and post treatment provided me the warranty sticker as well as went over what he did again. excellent. Orkin price was competitive. Highly recommend.
