Just excellent!! Great care. Greater info how to fix yr physical probs, lotsa incentive. Im senior over 70 and doing much better. Old self again. Good movement. 8n cardiac rehab and Zac? Been working a few months before rehab began?, drawbacks yes but Zach gets me up and running again. Im getting stronger everyday. And its Zach.....plus my new exercise program....not ready to pak it in yet and w this encouragement and suggestions, Im not slowing down. And the ladies that run the make up store are do positive too. A real Zen moment? Positivity and peace and care! And initiative to improve. Do not age gracefully!!!
My first massage with Zac was so great I signed up for another the following week. The massage room is located in a clean safe space. Zac’s choice of music and scents caused me to be very relaxed.He checked to make sure if I preferred heated table. After hearing my concerns Zac applied the right pressure to my body. In just two sessions my sciatica pain has lessened. My upper back and shoulders are looser and I feel like I am standing straighter.
