I met with Dr Kevin Lara for an initial consultation & physical. He listened to me well. He's helping me in getting my health back after some injuries. He's very knowledgeable & caring.

Their Senior Center is fantastic. The director Karen is an absolutely wonderful person, warm and very helpful. The center has so many terrific programs talks and all free!! The yoga classes are great too.
