Technician Carlo was excellent. I was not there and he was easy to communicate with and did everything I asked in a timely and very efficient manner. Jonas in the office is the best. I highly recommend Cool Bear for HVAC. I’ve used maybe a dozen companies and they are by far the best.

I purchased a central air conditioning unit through the Costco program, sales agent Colson took his time with us and is knowledgeable and experienced. Next day install was started and completed, so far AC is working like a dream.
