The two techs were amazing! Quick working, great knowledge and awesome personalities. Enjoyed interacting with them. They Arrived at 8:00 am and after unloading tools and supplies were getting after the project by 8:30am. Finished up at 11:30 am and cleaned up to go to the next job. Estimated cost was $1,050 but was only billed for $950. I would Like to receive a detail breakdown of the bill if at all possible.Overall I am very pleased with the job so far. Bergeron responds to repair calls in a timely manner. We have been working with Joe Marshall, one of their senior plumbers. We now request him. Joe knows what he is doing, is always able to do the repair orinstallation correctly the first time and cleans up. He never tries to sell unnecessary service or repairs. That competence and honesty is very rare these days and my wife and I treasure that.This morning Clayton filled in for Joe and did an excellent job. He came on time; was very friendly. We had a good experience with Joey of Bergeron Plumbing. He came in the time window we were given and efficiently replaced a part in our 10 year old Kohler shower rail system. Now the dripping from the two shower heads has ceased! He was careful and cleaned up the shower floor when he was finished. Highly recommend.
