I never leave bad reviews but after seeing others had a similar experience I felt mine needed to be shared. My sister and I went to get açaí bowls from the shop next-door and saw some cute dresses in the window that we wanted to just quickly look at. Immediately when we walked in we were approached by a man who said that the dresses we were looking at we’re so hot and we needed to try them, and then when I made eye contact with him, to which he told me do not touch anything because my face was “greasy”, and he assumed that my hands were “greasey” as well. This genuinely had to be one of the worst customer service experiences ever! So i was walking along the street with my friends and we originally wanted to get ice cream at the shop next door then we saw these cute dresses on sale for 19.99 and then we all picked out the ones we like. my friends went in before me and were in the changing room. After i picked out my dress and walked in the store (the dresses were on an outside rack) this lady walks up to

This must have been one of the worst customer service expierences i have had. I am genuinely so frustrated about what happened. Me and my friends were walking and saw this adorable surf shop with some cute dresses on sale. we all decided to pick one out and see if we liked it. the second I walked into the shop a lady came over and greeted me. i told her i didn’t need any help and i went to go pay. this older lady at the front kept bombarding me about saying how the price was 17$ and the. saying i got it at a good deal for 19.
