Called to informed them that a request for referral was coming through…. The referral was never sent out. 1 hr calling and the automated message saying the office is closed, to leave a message that someone will call me in 24hrs. This is insane.
Now I missed my appointment and will need to wait 1 week to be seen again for an important scan.

Dr. Dorsenville is the worst dr Ive ever dealt with in my adult life. Hes not an honest person hes made the 3 months Ive been with Ahf in Delray very hard for me. My goodness I can write Quite a few paragraphs on everything wrong from open communication to not wanting to send my previous meds to the pharmacy, To telling me and my wife one thing and the staff up front another. Its been a struggle working with them. My wife sat in my visits with him along side me so was able to witness the inconsiderate, dishonest and misleading that has happened. I’m changing my doctor this week. This is the second time I’ve been sick and unable to reach my doctor—or any doctor in the office—because they’re off. Is this a business or not? Why not have a nurse on staff 24/7? My frustration was through the roof while dealing with this, especially while being unwell.
