Dr. Alex is the absolute BEST vet we have EVER had((and we have had many from moving around a lot))!! He is not only personable and kind, he takes his time and asks lots of questions. Incredibly knowledgeable—just impresses me every time!! He is honest with treatments, options, and diagnosis possibilities as well.
We took our kitty here for a regular checkup and had a great experience! It was easy to schedule an appointment over the phone, and check-in on arrival was smooth. Dr. A is awesome and was very attentive, answering questions and explaining results of blood work over the phone a couple days later. Definitely recommend!
I absolutely love Woodland Animal Clinic and will not go anywhere else. If you don’t fully trust your current vet, I highly recommend giving them a try.
There was one occasion where I was frustrated due to a long wait because I needed to get back to the office, and I didn’t handle it as gracefully as I should have. Once I expressed my concerns, the staff was prompt, understanding, and incredibly kind. I later apologized to everyone, and they were nothing but forgiving.
That experience is exactly why I remain loyal to Woodland Animal Clinic. They treat me and my animals like family, and that means everything.
