When I called for my very first appointment, I had 10 weeks of Daily Contacts remaining. I could not get an appointment for 8 weeks and thought, wow-this place must be fantastic! I was wrong. Came in for contact lenses exam, had preliminary eye tests and was then brought to exam room where I asked if I should take my contacts out. Tech says you have contacts in? Now we have to do the tests again. Proceeded then to get eye exam. Neither Tech nor doctor had my currents lenses in their computer database which are state of the art and I have been wearing for two years.
