Tim Olmstead at Superior worked us in right before his Aug. surgery. Our project was small, so we were turned down by another company. Sure his voicemail gets full. He called back, and in 2 weeks he had the blueprints to apply for the permit at the county building dept. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Tim is just an intelligent man to work with. He understood what I envisioned and made sure I knew what I needed and wanted to change. What a lot of people don't understand is that it doesn't take a week for Engineers to draft out your vision to what you want to add to your property or business. It will take at least 1-2 months, 3 if it's busy. So please be patient with them, they are doing their best to make sure they accommodate you accordingly, but because I was making so many changes my plans took longer, but I understood. I highly recommend them.
