Hunter and Ron at Roto Rooter Deland, FL were prompt, efficient and courteous. They assessed the situation and unclogged the inlet from house to septic tank in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them.
Hunter came out today to evaluate a clogged drain issue. In a very short time he knew exactly what needed to be done. Hunter is very knowledgeable and understands plumbing systems very well. He went above and beyond in fixing our clogged drain issue and explaining everything to me so I would feel comfortable with the process. He is a very nice guy and I look forward to working with him again if anything comes up. I’ll request him for sure ?
Good lord I really can not overstate how extraordinary the worker Ron that was sent to snake my house! He came to my home very polite and straightforward, and able to answer any questions I asked him with no problem or hesitation, even expanding and further helping me understand then
Necessary and it was very noticed! He did the job effectively and I highly recommend if you using Roto-Rooter make sure you ask for Ron, if he’s not available , WAIT! He is worth the time and money you spend and he will not try and scam you
