Had an emergent situation where my toilet and shower were backing up. The last work day of the year, right between holidays. Called R J Carter and they were super busy, unsure if they could fit us in but walked me through the diagnostics and gave me some other recommendations. As I started to call some other companies they called me back and said they were able to work us in after all and a tech could be out in the next hour or two. We were SO thankful. Matt came right out, was professional and efficient. He got everything taken care of, even though it was not an easy clog. Very, very thankful and would highly recommend.

Hired them to repipe my house. They replaced all the copper lines with PEX, installed some additional hose bibs outside, ran a new fridge line, and installed a new recessed wall box for the washer hookups. It took them two days to get everything done, but I had hot water the end of the first day to take a shower. Work passed inspection the day after they finished. Price was very competitive. Workers were very polite and professional. I wish they would have let me know in advance the amount of dust that would be created when cutting through the walls.
