My son unfortunately had an accident in our only family vehicle 2 weeks ago. Thankfully nobody was injured but our truck was totaled. Pratts was the towing company the sheriff's called to take our truck. My son and I went in today to get the plates and any other items he may have missed during the day of the actual incident. First I would like to say everyone was kind and helpful! Ryan talked us through what the next steps are and gave us several option on what we can do to rectify the towing costs! I’ve had my fair share of tows, but by far Patts Towing has been the most professional and helpful. My car broke down a few nights ago, I figured I’d be there waiting for a tow for a few hours at least, 13 mins! That’s all I had to wait! The driver that helped me, Caleb, was extremely helpful and very polite. Highly recommend this company if you’re ever in need of a tow.
Pratt’s towing had a driver call in a very short time with an estimated pickup time. Woody arrived early, did an excellent job loading our truck on the flat bed and couldn’t have been more professional and courteous! We arrived at our mechanic’s shop just in time for him to fix our truck at the end of the day and still be able to take our trip the following morning! We’ve been using Pratts for years and will continue to be able to rely on them to offer great service! 5 Stars all the way around
