Countryside at the Park Animal Clinic offers a helpful and kind staff who are great with animals. The clinic is conveniently located and provides yearly check-ups. Clients appreciate the veterinary care provided by the experienced staff. The clinic goes the extra mile to make visits easier for pet owners, such as letting them know when the lobby is clear and accepting payment in the treatment room.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the office is clean and organized. They understand how much pets are part of the family and do everything to reassure both the pet and the pet parent during the visit. Clients express that the staff are caring and take the time to explain everything, even in difficult situations, and provide hope and support.
Awesome Vet and staff!! Had spoken with Hailey about my dogs medicine getn refills. She found out some great information for us regarding the dogs script. Hailey was very helpful and quick to respond. Great employee and very caring and customer service oriented !! Thanks so much Hailey. Holly says thank you as well🤣
KT is always wonderful! My dogs loves her! Can’t remember the vets name but she was great as well explaining everything so that I could fully understand! Another great visit and will continue coming back!
I brought my Foxhound, Tinkerbell to see Dr. Manning. While we were on vacation in NC, Tinkerbell ate part of a rug and needed surgery at an emergency clinic in Asheville. When we returned, I took Tinkerbell to Countryside at Victoria to be checked. Tinkerbell can be a difficult pup, even when she is feeling good. Dr. Manning and the Vet Tech, Kelly did an excellent job working with Tinkerbell. Kelly even removed Tinkerbell‘s cone and cleaned it, which is not easy to do with a growling and angry dog. Thank you for the great care that you always show my pup.
