Susan is a wonderful person. If you ever had to hire a Company, this one truly cares and is a company who looks after your best interest, does it with kindness, and heart. My experience with working with her has always been a lovely experience.
You would be in the best of care by choosing her to work with.
I used this service for wound care. An RN or an LPN came weekly to dress my wound. They called a day ahead to schedule and always arrived on time. Although they were only there to take care of a wound, they took my vitals and inquired about my health on every visit. Both nurses, Jennifer and Susanne, assigned to my case were so nice, very polite and took great care of me.
Christina was here to assess my progress and checked my vitals after questioning about my current condition. She was thorough, had empathy and even suggested continuing outpatient PT. Using a walker with the embolism and cellulitis is necessary but limiting as to what you can do . One day at a time. Other things like having had Covid January and again in July has taken a toll. Sometimes it feels like i can carry my heart in my arms as it’s heavy in my chest . The gurgle sometimes loud enough for To be heard in bed.
