We have rented from Bounce&Play 5 times now - each and every time they have brought the unit on time and set it up exactly where we wanted it. Sometimes they have even dropped it off a day early which the kids always love the extra time with the unit! Their communication is great, the customer service is excellent, and they have a big selection of slides & products. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone hosting a party or just wanting to have fun with the kids.
