A.R.A. Mechanical in DeLand, FL just installed a new unit for me and it was a true pleasure. Earl Jacobs, the owner, and his crew, Paul and Michael, work together efficiently and are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Earl is so kind and patient, especially since my old system was a mess! He gave a lot of attention and thought to what needed to be done and concerns I had. He came up with a plan to get air to a large guest room that a minimum of 3 other companies could not and for the first time in the many years I have lived here, the central air now flows into that room!! I cannot say enough good things about Earl Jacobs and this Company and recommend them...read full review
Earl and his crew are the best in the business. He did an amazing job for my mother who had a complicated AC install. Just when I had about lost my faith in all contractors, he has certainly restored it. I trust him implicitly to do a thorough, well-planned, and honest job.
This company came to me highly recommended. I spoke to Earl multiple times on the phone he was very honest knowledgeable and professional. I felt no pressure to use his services. I did feel to be a bit of a pain in the butt as I called him multiple times with questions and even sent him pictures via text, he responded promptly with explanations and was very respectful. Wonderful service thank you very much and I highly recommend this company.
