Edit: Updated due to customer service. This type of customer service is rare and I would now suggest this company specifically based upon it.
Called for a GE fridge repair. They came out and after a brief visit (~15) said it was the compressor. Had a GE tech out here who explained in detail (error codes, defrost time, etc) how it wasn't the compressor and was the boards. Replaced the boards. So the entire $150 service appointment via Allen's was not only a waste of money, the information provided was wrong.
