My appt was at 1:00 did not have to wait. Got right in and seen provider and was really impressed with the Nurse and the practioner. Made me feel so at ease and asked if I had questions or concerns. I was at ease and would refer them to anyone who needs a dermatologist.
The office was very crowded, but the staff was very efficient and moved everybody through quickly. I was seen on time. The staff was very personable and took care of my needs quickly and efficiently
All was great once I got in. Had to wait over a hour before I got to see the first assistant, but from than on all doctors and assistants were efficient , knowledge, and communicated well.
Add on another two hours of wait time to evaluate before continuing,(which i understand), I was in the office for almost half a work day.
