I had an appointment with Alicia Brown. I was brought back in a timely manner. The medical assistant Vanessa was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am only giving 4 stars as the cost for the procedure I had that we decided to do at that visit was not mentioned to me at all until I went to check out and it was over $200. They did check my insurance while I was in the room and just said we are good to go. My fault to for not asking but I would definitely review cost with the patients prior to the procedure being done.
Advanced Dermatology was great. IMy PA Brown is awesome. Very considerate of my needs and time. She meets all my concerns. I would recommend advanced dermatology to everyone. We live in Florida!
The staff is helpful and friendly. Because of being in the sun without any protection I have to go to the Dermatologist twice a year. The Dr I saw was very thorough. I feel complete confidence in their ability to catch any signs of skin cancer early.
