All I can say is wow. We brought in our 17 year old Siamese cat Daphne To get her shaved because she was getting matted up with her elderly age. I was very nervous, bringing her somewhere to get groomed. And she put us at such ease and kept us updated the whole time during her experience. She looks absolutely fantastic and she's so happy and has so much relief. I'm watching her strut around the living room with her new look.... She is so happy. I can't thank you enough.
My poodle has had his grooming done here for 12 of his 16 years and they are absolutely excellent and kind in their professionalism, booking, and skill. FL is hot, and my boy Pete grows wool like a sheep.When I pick him up after just an hour, he's always extra handsome on top of his usual handsomeness, and he smells great. Loved our first time there our baby is very anxious, yet was as calm as could be when being brought out and oh so happy. Was amazing to see and we have now found the perfect grooming home for her, thank you to the great staff that work there ???
