Sergio is amazing for your inspection! I highly recommend asking for him. He did a very thorough job and was able to answer all of my (probably annoying) questions I had with a smile on his face. He told me what we would need to fix to get a better deal with insurance and found that we had Polybutylene pipes which the owner had tried to hide with adding copper pipes to the exterior. (People are sketchy these days) If it weren't for him, we might have been stuck with a major plumbing bill, but thankfully we were able to negotiate the price because of his great work.
