Can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic !! The Doctor and Techs are so helpful and really take the time to explain what is going on and how the test work and what they are looking for. The tech that was in the room with my dog (who can be very nervous at the vet ) took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable and gave her plenty of treats. They may be on the more expensive side but I have been to a few vets in the past and no doctor has done a more extensive exam on my dog than Dr Ritchie so you are getting what you pay for. You can really tell the staff and doctors cares about the animals and the clients.
I had an amazing experience here at DeBary Animal Clinic. The Doctor was very nice and caring she did a very thorough exam on my fur baby. The Technicians where also Amazing took the time to Explain the estimate to me in great detail so I was able to fully understand what I was paying for.
I have not brought any pets here, i am looking for a vet for my friend to bring his new husky puppy too but Number one rule i learned working as a vet tech, never let your pet out of your sight! If they say we have to bring them into the back for any reason, you have the right to refuse! I have seen horrible things happen to pets behind those doors leading to the treatment rooms and because of what I've seen, i knew which veterinary hospitals i would be taking my pets to and which i woud definitely not.
