I am so happy that the techs and the doctor understand my dog . My Labrador can have haggish behavior when she is scared, and they handled her so kindly. She even “made nice” with them after she came to her senses and the doctor and tech understood and met her with more kindness. This is very much appreciated.

I lost my beloved boy to the Rainbow bridge. The caring and treatment provided by Dr. Frank, gave me and my boy Snoopy a few extra weeks. Thank you so much. I am beyond heart broken but in my heart he will always be. Thank you for caring for us in our time of need.

All the staff and the doctor are wonderful. They are great with my two little dogs and also deal well with me and my concerns. They are very conscientious - when it's time for me to leave, they always double check to make sure there isn't a bigger more aggressive dog in the waiting room that might cause a fuss with my little dog. I truly appreciate that. My dogs are very important to me and this place past the test.
