United Rentals

Great customer service!
Had some trouble with a credit that I’ve been issued, it’s been months that I’ve been unable to figure it out or get anyone on the phone.
Mike went above and beyond to get someone from their credit department’s attention and got me the credit that day.
Thank you, it’s the kind of customer care that makes you choose this location for your equipment needs. If he’s going the extra mile for something that is not even related to his branch, I’m confident that he’ll take great care of my needs when I rent equipment from his location.

Rental here has gone well. Last used a small excavator with their trailer. All work great! The excavator had a hatch cover off. But it didn’t effect anything. The trailer was top notch and worked great. It made loading and unloading easy and the brakes worked perfect. I’ll be using these guys more

Tim Sterner is my rep for United Rentals. He is the reason that I exclusively use United. When I call he gets me the Item that I need. My opinion is not based on one transaction it is based on a relationship.
