I was trying to find hair products when Tracy approached me and asked if I needed help finding something. She said do you have a minute? She took me to her chair, wet my hair, put the product in, then put me under the dryer all to allow me to see if this was the right product I was seeking. I was stunned at this level of customer service! Thank you Tracy!!

I'm trying to remember the young woman with auburn colored hair who helped me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. So thankful because I was in there for an hour needing help but employees were laughing and so talkative among each other, sadly, no one bothered to acknowledge a customer. Some passed by you to go to the back without caring if a customer needed help. When will service be restored post covid? My visit could have been shorter. Again thanks to her but I will edit this once I find her name in the service book she gave me for hair stylists and elite. I bought Biolage shampoo and conditioner for blondes, Biolage deep conditioner, 2 small leave in conditioners...read full review
