Customers praise the team for an amazing job replacing roofs. One customer was surprised the roof was done by 3 PM after expecting at least two days. The team was very neat and organized, picking up everything behind them, unlike other people who leave nails behind. The roof looks amazing and the customer is very pleased. One team member always kept the customer informed, helped with the insurance company, and made sure it happened. Another customer found it very refreshing to speak to someone so open and honest who followed through with answers to difficult questions, showed up when promised, and always returned calls. A routine free inspection was explained in clear terms by a very friendly team member. An insurance agent noted the team member was very kind and professional, reviewed payment options, and did not feed any bs or a sales pitch. Customers look forward to receiving quotes and furthering the business relationship, and would gladly recommend the company to anyone who needs roof repairs.
Tom has been exceptional in assisting with the full roof project including working with insurance adjusters, claim adjusters and an umpire to get final approval. He has gone above and beyond to make sure this project was completed. His honesty and integrity is impeccable. His thoroughness is rare. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.
