Customers describe a great company with great ownership. The team came out to assess a leak in the roof and gave two options, both with fair pricing, and even put a temporary fix on the leak while the customer decided what to do. The business is extremely responsive to communications and customer requests and works to make sure the customer is happy before completing work. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, the team was proactive throughout the project, and the quality of the materials and workmanship is efficient. The team is very knowledgeable regarding roofing and gutters and made customers feel confident in their capability. They went above and beyond what was expected, gave honest information and genuine help, and treated customers with integrity. The business is highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofer.
