They were able to get my dog in same day for a visit. She was itchy and miserable. Dr is great. Crew is great. They gave me suggestions for the recurring issues. Been going here for 16 yrs. Dr Rauls owned it then. Stayed since new ownership is just as caring as he was.
They took great care of my little guy. The vet explained things thoroughly in terms that i could understand. Kept costs low by not doing unnecessary tests. Gave me meds to treat my buddy. Even called the next day to follow up on how he's feeling and responding to the meds.
Love, love the office and the people and particularly how they handled one of our very difficult dogs. He was completely calm after his exam, a first! Our vet of many years retired, and we have been searching for a while. The first vet we went to just didn't seem to want to take the time with our dogs or give us a thorough explanation of the issues and options.
