    Thanks for updating how you pay! You've made it even worse, I don't know how that's possible but here we are. It was already a nightmare to setup auto pay but you could at least enter your own info to make a payment, now you can't even do that and the subscriber I.D. stuff doesn't even work! So you have to talk to someone, which you can't do past a certain time. So good luck if you work.

    Literally no one takes this insurance and it's just as expensive as other plans. I don't understand how this is even allowed. We pay $1200 through my husband's work and get the option between 2 terribly reviewed pediatricians. Definitely cancelling as soon as possible. What a waste of money.

    I pay $1350 monthly for this awful insurance. Truly the worst in all my years. I don't know where to start. I went to emergency care to be treated horribly. The RN (Vickie Sorrell) threw my paperwork in the trash & walked away leaving us to dig it out of the trash. Had a surgery where a terrible surgeon (Dr. Harry Black) butchered my back & left me with a long ugly scar. Told me I should get Botox to cover it up. Stay away from this company.
