Worked with Doug Jones who explained flooring and measured and gave excellent advice. Good price and the best installation team with Lloyd. Highly recommend! Pleasant, friendly and professional personnel at all levels.

We used McAlister's to do all of the flooring and tile in our condo. This included all of the tile work in our master bathroom, including the shower and tub surround, and carpet. They did an excellent job on everything! Drew was great to work with and was in constant communication with us the entire time they were working on the condo. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend McAlister's to anyone needing tile work done or carpet installed. We were new to the area and Drew also recommended a few other contractors (i.e. plumber, paint, etc.) and all of them were also great to work with!

My whole experience with McAlister was 5 star. Drew came to measure and give me an estimate. He was thorough and answered all my questions, educating me on my options. The installers led by Jairo were so professional and experts at the trade of tile installation. My new floors are beautiful and I highly recommend this group. I had to replace my floors due to whole house flooding from Hurricane Ian. The only good thing to come out of this disaster for me has been the great work and service from McAlister, a company that has been doing business in this area for decades.
