J and J Gutters and construction was referred to me by a friend. From here on now, I will always use this company and always refer them to anybody who needs roof repair to gutter repair or anything like that. First time I called them. I actually talked to a very polite woman Nikki very helpful and took the time to understand what problem I had at my residence. Seth the service technician they sent out was highly professional and updated me every step of the way he even came out right before a thunderstorm just in case my gutter problem got worse. New Gutters and leaf guards installed. The price was very reasonable.The company communications are professional and the install was quick. They are obviously very experienced and professional. Will use them again for other projects
I needed a downspout replacement piece. I was unable to find my particular color anywhere and when I contacted J&J, they told me that they should be able to find a piece that would work for me. I contacted them in the morning and they worked with me so I could pick it up the same day. I dealt with a Joe and he was extremely accommodating. He was willing to cut the piece for me, and in the end, the price he charged me was less than what it would’ve been at any of the other guttering businesses. overall, a great experience!
