A special shout out to Kim Runk, Client Care Manager and Caregiver Carol. I made a last minute request of Home Instead to accommodate transporting and being with my mother at a critical appointment. Kim was responsive to the overarching request and coordinated Carol to accompany my mother. This arrangement was not only appreciated but incredibly reassuring to my mother who trusts Carol. Home Instead has been offering my mother exceptional services over the past several months. Having their support has been extremely comforting to us for we live of distance from our mother.
