Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience
My experience with Florida Door and Supply was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Getting updates or clear answers was a challenge, and follow-ups often went unanswered.
The work itself did not meet expectations. The materials and installation quality were below what was promised, and details were overlooked. When issues were brought up, there was little urgency to correct them, which made the situation even more frustrating.

I called in and got an extremely nice lady who informed me that I would get a call back as they were tied up and some reps will be back from lunch soon.I promptly got a call back from I a Randy.Upon simply asking a few questions to get some clarity, I can tell he was extremely frustrated. Like if he was shocked I didn’t know everything he knew, and like he’s not in the business of sales and should be ready to explain things to people who have questions.When I was trying to get him the dimensions on my exterior doors that I had written down, he must have been beat from having to do his job and answer a few questions I had, because he then told me, “let me just get...read full review
DO NOT use this company! Unprofessional, rude and they have no time for their customers. Matt came to my home to measure and take notes on all doors needed for the project, sent the quote and we made a handful of adjustments, the quote was paid in full. Over time on the project, questions arose from the door installer (whom has been in the business for 30 years) like any other renovation and Matt was "too busy" and "didn't have time for back and forth" to answer questions with thoroughness nor attention to the project. Attached are several occasions where I just simply asked for a call and/or onsite visit and was told he was too busy. A call alone would have sufficed but they cannot even pick up the phone and call customers who are looking for clarification. I have called the office multiple times to speak to someone regarding the project and receive no calls back, I added one door to the project yet I'm being charged for multiple doors that should have arrived and been on the original invoice and I am STILL missing doors. When trying to get clarification on missing doors, Matt's response is "I'm pretending to know what I'm doing" and yet again, doesn't have time when I'm simply looking to him for guidance and answers. The amount of time he spent writing me dismissive emails he could have answered my questions in 15 seconds on the phone. Save yourself time, money, and headache and use a different company.
