Mr. Falkowski is an Excellent Attorney. Unfortunately, I was Rear ended 2 times within 5 weeks. The 2nd insurance company tried saying all of my injuries came from the 1st accident, when clearly the MRI from the 2nd accident showed new damage. Without a Very Intelligent and Experienced Lawyer like Mike Falkowski I wouldn’t have received a penny.
They denied the claim, and he filed suit on them and they changed their tune. He was quickly able to resolve this matter with payouts of the policy limits on both claims.
