I cannot believe Dr Tso is leaving!!! Dr Tso is literally the only reason I kept FHCP this year. She and her staff are so on top of things. They always get back to me. Dr Tso was even out of the office but STILL made sure that I got an answer that very day. In fact, we went back and forth over the course of the day and I got 3 call backs. Dr Tso wasn't even in the office! She makes you feel comfortable and really cares about you. Never makes you feel rushed and always takes all of your concerns seriously and never brushes you off or plays them down. I will be finding out where she moves to and switching my insurance next year. This is so upsetting.

I just left Dr. Tso's office and as usual I couldn't be more pleased! I have been a patient for a little more than 6 years now. She ALWAYS makes sure to answer all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed. Dr. Tso is professional yet personable at the same time. She is the first doctor I've ever had that I don't really dread appointment time.....(well, not that much anyway! :))
