Efficiency in the office area and Dr. Baldwin very efficient. Easy to get an appointment and if you need glasses a wide selection to choose from. Love the digital eye exam, no dilatation needed. Their eye care team proficient in every way.

Experience was fabulous, Erica took care and was very patient to find the right glasses for me. As soon as I opened the door everyone was fabulous, Dr Baldwin was great explaining results.

The staff at this office is amazingly kind, and the Sunday availability for eye exams was superb. It’s a little strange that the doctor is wearing an N 95 mask in 2025 but stranger still, they ask you to wear a mask over your mouth only, pulled under your nose, for your exam. Science has shown us that masks are ineffective to begin with, but if there was any way to make it more ineffective I think they have nailed it. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.
I do have eye care insurance and checked my benefits and had a $10 co-pay. Upon checkout, they charged me $49 and when I questioned that she said one of the exams was not covered by my insurance. My eyes... read full review
