Gotta send a shout out - family member arrested last night and I received multiple phone calls from bail bondsmen that turned out to be one scam after another. Could not get through to the Volusia County Correction Facility to confirm. Phone calls coming in claiming to be a lieutenant handling case, claiming release could be met once traffic tickets were paid (this family member hasn’t had a car or drivers license in over a decade). Scam calls coming to family members from east to west coast. Finally called the Daytona Beach Police Department to get someone on the phone to assist with the onslaught of legitimate sounding bail bondsmen only to be told that this happens...read full review

Vanessa is a life saver, legitimate!! I needed a bail bond in the overnight hours and she took care of us right away! She was quick and efficient and helped me through this as I was lost at what to do. She kept in contact with me until I got there and the customer service was excellent. I’ve never had to bail anybody out of jail before. I myself though have been bailed out of jail and it was the most miserable experience for me trying to get somebody to help get me out so when my friend recently went to jail, I was feeling very stressed out about how I was gonna be able to do this.
