I highly recommend Cataneo Plumbing Inc.! They responded quickly, even over a holiday weekend, and were professional, punctual, honest, and reasonably priced. They were able to diagnose and handle my faucet/cartridge issue efficiently and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s nice to find a local plumber you can trust. Charles was honest, polite, punctual and efficient. He responded quickly when I left him a message and was able to provide a thoughtful solution to our plumbing issue that will save us thousands up front, and more down the road. Knowing he is around makes the thought of a plumbing emergency less scary. 1000% recommend.
UPDATE: We needed help with a separate issue and Charles was just a great the second time around. Thank you so much for your quick response - not just a great plumber but a great person too!
Charles responded quickly and provided excellent service. He was professional, honest, and genuinely focused on helping rather than trying to upsell or overcharge. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to find someone so trustworthy and dependable. I highly recommend Charles and will definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.
