Carlson enterprises did a fabulous job on our new roof. Our field rep John M. was great with explaining the whole process. Anthony L. And Amanda M. was very helpful with my questions and concerns... I would definitely recommend these guys to family, friends and neighbors!!!!
UPDATE 1/24/17Carlson Enterprises worked hard to correct the damage done by David Merchese and followed through to put our roof on. They have even been back out to our home several times to make sure all of the nails from the old roof have been picked up off the ground. I have been assured by the Director of Sales that I will have a 2 year "workmanship" warranty from Carlson and a "50-year platinum warranty [that] will come directly from Owens Corning and usually takes between 4-6 weeks to arrive."UPDATE 1/10/17After posting this review and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I have received a response from the Director of Sales in Jacksonville and well...read full review
Sarah Marshall has given us amazing customer service! She has been with us every step of the way. Not only is she very professional and courteous, but is very informative. I love that we never have to play phone tag or speak into a voicemail.
