Dr.Welch is by far the best doctor I have ever had, and as someone with chronic asthma I’ve seen A LOT! He was beyond helpful and took the time to explain my condition in great detail, all while throwing in a few jokes to keep me at ease. I am so grateful for him and his team who were incredibly kind and compassionate. Highly recommended to anyone in need of a dermatologist. 5 stars!

He is by far the most conscientious, caring, and careful medical professional who has treated me. I have recommended him to several friends who have been equally pleased with the quality of care provided by Blue Ocean. I have observed him training staff to be as conscientious and caring as he is.
