Terrible customer service. Every time you call asking for an appointment the answer is "no we do not" and say goodbye and hang up. They don't even give offers for more options. Rude.

Very sad... I was able to get an appointment for my mom with Suzi. Suzi was amazing and my mother loved her hair style. She was looking forward to her next appointment, which I had to cancel because of logistics. When I called to reschedule, I was told that because she was in a wheelchair, even though she is able to transfer to a regular chair, they needed extra time with her. At first, I was told that Suzi was booked until May, then everyone was booked until May, and then everyone was booked through June and they were not booking anything further out. I wish they were just honest from the beginning about not wanting to work with her. We're back to square one looking...read full review

Brenna cut my hair. We discussed what I wanted and she really listened to me, which doesn't happen often at other salons. My haircut was perfect and just what I wanted. They also use superior products. I highly recommend Bei Capelli!
