Terrible service!! They misdiagnosed the problem . They wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to try and tell me what was wrong or we could fix it ourselves. Bottom line is they misdiagnosed the problem and I end up buying a new pump. Funny how a well and pump company can't tell when it's a bad pump . Considering they are the ones who installed the Well from the very beginning and the pump. Will never call or use them again don't waste your money on them

Per recommendation of Matt Fretwell of Fretwell homes I contacted B and B on Monday 8/16 regarding irrigation pump repair/replacement. Bryan arrived the very same day to determine my very old pump needed to be replaced. He clearly instructed me on what I needed to do to prep the area for a replacement and informed me he would be on site Wednesday morning to complete the replacement. Bryan arrived at 9 AM as he said he would and completed the replacement without issue. I was extremely impressed with the entire process. This company clearly takes customer service seriously. I appreciate them.

I had B & B put in a deep well for me. They were timely, professional and did a wonderful job for a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The owner, Clay, is very knowledgeable, very professional and very responsive to calls.
