If you are anywhere near the Daytona area, I highly recommend a massage with Debbie. I had physical therapy for a frozen shoulder, but could never get my full range of motion back. After one visit, I was amazed. I finally have full range of motion in my shoulder. I continue massage therapy with Debbie because I feel like a new person every single time I leave. As a frequent visitor to the Dayton area, I am always interested in exploring the possibilities for a good massage... I no longer have to look after finding Debbie at New Day Muscular Therapy & Fitness....She is awesome, best massage I have ever treated myself to...certainly look forward to seeing her again !! I finally called and made an appointment and boy and I'm glad I did!! I have driven by this location for years but never called. Debbie is a FANTASTIC therapist and the studio is very comfortable and clean. I was looking for relaxation massage and nearly fell asleep. Great lotion, I don't feel greasy and my muscles are so relaxed. I am also a Massage Therapist and I am very particular about my therapist... I already booked again for next week. Thank you for the best massage I've had in years.
